Recently, the partners of the SUSTAIBALE project reassembled in Höfn in Iceland to complete very important part of their project: running a capacity-building activity. The aim was to test and present the developed tools, methods, resources and exercises within the project about how to include SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) in training curricula and how to empower educators and trainees to make them aware about sustainability challenges. Partners will compile all these methods in a unified training Kit that will be available on the project’s website very soon.

Themes of the training kit, structured in Learning Units, cover such fields as learning about SDGs in general, SDGs in the Wellness sector, SDGs in non-formal education settings, SDGs in Logistics sector and SDGs in Catering.
25 representatives attended the capacity-building seminar from eight different EU countries: Belgium, Sweden, Iceland, Romania, Italy, Spain, Germany and Ireland.
They will use the experience for further spread the word about sustainability and its importance!
Stay tuned for our upcoming developments!
